What your Bitaxe costs in electricity
A Bitaxe draws little, but it runs day and night, and a few of them add up. The cost is simple to compute; keeping track of it over months across a whole fleet is less so.
The formula
Daily cost = power (W) × 24 h ÷ 1000 × your rate (per kWh).
15 W × 24 h = 0.36 kWh / day
0.36 kWh × 0.20 €/kWh = 0.072 € / day
≈ 2.16 € / monthTracked for you
- Estimated cost per day at the current draw, for all the miners
- Other equipment (fan, router…) declared with its constant power, added to the estimate
- Total actually spent since each miner started being tracked
- Efficiency in J/TH, per miner and for the fleet
The rate is set once in the settings. Changing it later never alters the total already spent.
